1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern the contractual relationships between CV-Swiss (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") using the services offered on www.cv-swiss.com.

These ToS apply to all services offered, including CV analysis, premium reports, and CV optimization service for the Swiss market.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of CV-Swiss services implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS. The Client acknowledges having read these terms before using any services.

Registration on the platform constitutes express and unconditional acceptance of these ToS.

3. Description of Services

CV-Swiss offers the following services:

Free CV Analysis: Upload a CV (PDF or image) with automatic data extraction and receive 3 personalized improvement tips.
Premium Report: Detailed and comprehensive CV analysis with in-depth recommendations, ATS system optimization, and exportable PDF report (cost: 3 credits).
Swiss-Optimized CV Service: Complete professional CV rewriting by experts, optimized for the Swiss job market (rate: approximately CHF 149).

4. Credit System

4.1 Credit Allocation

Each new registered user receives 5 welcome credits. Additional credits can be purchased according to current rates.

4.2 Credit Usage

Credits are used to unlock premium reports (3 credits per report). Credits do not expire.

4.3 Non-Refundability

Purchased credits are non-refundable. In case of technical problems preventing use of a service, the Provider commits to re-crediting the Client's account.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on Client's location, all taxes included.

Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon purchase of credits or services.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the Client has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

However, this right does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the express consent of the Client. Using credits to unlock a premium report constitutes express waiver of the right of withdrawal for that service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CV-Swiss (texts, graphics, logos, algorithms) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of the Provider.

The Client retains intellectual property rights over their CV and personal data provided. The Provider has a limited usage license for service provision only.

8. Limitation of Liability

CV-Swiss provides advice and recommendations for informational purposes only. The Provider does not guarantee employment as a result of using its services.

The Provider shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the services. Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

9. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at /confidentialite.

Data is hosted in Switzerland and processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

11. Modification of ToS

The Provider reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Clients will be informed by email of substantial modifications.
